The GD32E235 series MCUs are based on Arm^® Cortex^®-M23 core, with a frequency of 72MHz, is equipped with 16KB to 128KB embedded flash memory and 4KB to 16KB SRAM, and the storage capacity is based on the GD32E230 series expansion, which can meet the expansion needs of application scenarios such as communication modules, graphic displays, wireless detectors, etc. The series integrates multiple common interfaces, including 2 USART, 2 SPI, 2 I2C, and 1 I2S. It also provides analog peripherals such as a 12-bit ADC and a comparator, in which the ADC performance is optimized and improved compared with GD32E230, and the stability and consistency are enhanced, which is suitable for industrial applications such as mixed-signal processing and motor control. It is equipped with five 16-bit general-purpose timers, one 16-bit advanced timer and one 16-bit basic timer.
